Keeping the Event Moving
We would like to say a huge thank you to our partner, Switch Car Rentals, for providing extra-large vans to help support the Brighton Marathon weekend. This long-standing and trusted partnership continues to play a key role in events like this. These vehicles helped keep close and re-open the roads at key points along the route, ensuring operations stayed on track behind the scenes. As seen in the image, this van was one of several supporting the marathon, alongside others spotted around Brighton on Sunday.
Leading the Way
Leading the pack this year, we partnered with Stellantis, the main supplier of all vehicles for the event. With vehicles like the Jeep e-Compass at the timing vehicle, along Peugeot vans, Fiat & Vauxhall cars to support. In addition, they provided a fleet of Fiat & Vauxhall vans to aid with logistics and setup, Stellantis played a crucial role in ensuring the runs were led safely and efficiently throughout the weekend. Their continued support, reliability and range of vehicles were key to helping Rivervale deliver a seamless and successful event.
Powering the Halfway Point
Thank you to Ford Motor Company for helping power the halfway point and keep the energy high. The Ford Ranger PHEV played a key role in powering our DJ decks, allowing us to bring the atmosphere and lift the spirits of runners as they crossed this crucial stage of the marathon.
Event Welfare Support
Rivervale would also like to extend a sincere thank you to GM Coachworks for their support during the event. Their provision of a minibus as a welfare vehicle played an important role in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of participants and staff throughout the marathon weekend.
