What this means for you
- You can continue to have your vehicle serviced, maintained and repaired at the Victoria Road workshop.
- The site will continue to operate as an authorised MAXUS Service Centre and Bosch Car Service Centre.
- CG Auto will also operate the site as a BYD franchise dealership, including aftersales services.
What happens to your customer data
To make sure there is no disruption to your servicing and to keep your vehicle history and records up to date, we will transfer relevant customer and vehicle information from Rivervale to CG Auto as part of the handover.
This will include information such as:
- your contact details
- your vehicle details (for example registration, VIN, service schedule)
- your service and repair history at 50 Victoria Road
- any bookings currently in the diary
CG Auto will become the controller of this data once the transfer takes place and will use it to:
- manage your booking and provide aftersales services
- maintain accurate service records
- contact you about essential service matters (for example confirming bookings, vehicle readiness, warranty-related items)
