Rivervale has announced a major strategic move as the business prepares for its next phase of growth, with its Car & Van Leasing and Fleet Management operations relocating from Rivervale House on Victoria Road, Portslade, to a new base of Dolphin Road in Shoreham.
The move reflects Rivervale’s long-term focus on growing its core Leasing, Fleet Management and Minibus Businesses, therefore creating a business structure that is better aligned to future demand and opportunity.
As part of this transition, Rivervale has agreed the sale of its Bosch Car Service and MAXUS Service Centre operations at Victoria Road.
The relocation to Dolphin Road, will provide Rivervale with a more suitable operational base to support its growing leasing and fleet activities, helping the business continue to evolve in line with customer needs.
Vince Pemberton, CEO of Rivervale, said:
“This is a very positive move for Rivervale and an important step in our long-term plans.
Our Leasing, Fleet Management and Minibus Businesses have been growing strongly, and moving to Dolphin Road gives us a base that is better suited to the future direction of the business. It gives us the space and flexibility to support growth and continue delivering the levels of service our customers expect.
We are also pleased to have secured a positive future for the Victoria Road site.”
Neil Chapman, Chairman of Rivervale, said:
“This is a strategic decision that supports Rivervale’s continued development and allows the business to focus on the areas where we see the greatest long-term potential.
Rivervale has built a strong reputation by responding to changing customer needs and continuing to adapt as the market evolves. This move gives the business the right foundations for the future, with a clearer focus and a more suitable operating base for its next stage of growth.”
The move to Dolphin Road gives Rivervale a larger, more practical base that is better suited to the way the business operates today and where it is heading next. The site offers space to create new offices, capacity to support further expansion, and room to prepare and manage vehicles for fleet customers all under one roof; giving the business greater flexibility than its previous premises, which were more aligned to a traditional dealership model.
