As we approach Christmas and reflect on what has been a challenging year for many, we would like to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone for their continued support our customers, our partners and most importantly, our colleagues across the business. Your hard work, commitment and resilience throughout the year has not gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do.
We are extremely proud to have maintained our excellent Trustpilot rating, which is a real reflection of the care, professionalism and consistency shown by our teams every day. Continuing to deliver the high levels of service our customers expect remains at the heart of everything we do.
In previous years, we marked Christmas by gifting physical items to our partners. Last year, however, we chose to do something a little different and instead donated those funds to our chosen charity, Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and it felt like a far more meaningful way to give back at this time of year. We are therefore delighted to be continuing this initiative again this Christmas.
