Toyota Gazoo Racing has unveiled the GR Yaris MORIZO RR, a special edition model developed in close collaboration with Akio Toyoda, also known as Morizo. This highly focused version of the GR Yaris draws directly from insights gained during the 2025 Nürburgring 24 Hours, where Toyoda himself competed behind the wheel.
An under-development prototype was revealed at the 2026 Tokyo Auto Salon, offering a first look at a car designed to strengthen the bond between driver and machine. Production will be strictly limited to just 100 units for Europe and 100 for Japan, with sales expected to begin in spring 2026.
