Driver Monitor safety system is now standard on every trim. It monitors the driver using a camera above the steering wheel and can trigger alerts if it detects tiredness or signs of illness. Lexus says it can also bring the car to a controlled stop if needed (Emergency Driving Stop).
F Sport Design Tech is the “tech step-up” trim, adding items like a power tailgate, Lexus Link Pro with embedded navigation, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and a 12.3-inch driver display.
F Sport and Takumi gain a new multi-illumination entry welcome system. Takumi remains the luxury-led choice with features such as heated and ventilated front seats, head-up display and a 13-speaker Mark Levinson audio system.

The Lexus UX 300h uses a full hybrid powertrain with 196bhp, with Lexus quoting:

- 53.2 to 56.4mpg (WLTP, depending on trim)
