Shaun, who brings his LCV expertise from Sussex-based Crusader Vans, will be based at Rivervale’s Eastbourne offices. In his new role, he will lead the expansion of Rivervale’s van and LCV offering, supporting both business and retail customers and building a specialist team to drive further growth.
Rivervale already offers a full range of commercial vehicle leasing solutions covering vans, pick-ups and minibuses. Rivervale said that the appointment formed part of the group’s wider strategy to increase its vehicle parc and enhance its expertise across all segments of the automotive market.

On his appointment, Shaun added:

The move comes as Rivervale continues to expand its capabilities and influence within the UK automotive leasing sector, with CEO Vince Pemberton named as the new Chair of the BVRLA Leasing Broker Committee at the recent BVRLA Leasing Broker Conference held in Coventry on 09 October 2025.
