Rivervale Acquires Concept Vehicle Leasing, Expanding Personal & Business Leasing and FN50 Fleet Footprint
Brighton, UK, 19August 2025 — Rivervale Cars Limited ("Rivervale"), the multi-award winning, FN50 contract‑hire, vehicle‑leasing and fleet‑management specialist, has concluded the acquisition of Concept Vehicle Leasing and Concept Fleet Solutions ("Concept"), for an undisclosed sum.

A stronger contract‑hire & leasing offering
- Rivervale entered the Fleet News FN50 ranking of the UK’s 50 largest contract‑hire and vehicle‑leasing fleet providers for the first time in 2024, debuting at No. 45; which adds extra reassurance to existing managed fleet clients of Concept Fleet Solutions.
- Concept’s existing customers will now benefit from Rivervale’s wide choice of leasing funders and OEM relationships, resulting in competitive deals and greater vehicle availability.
Continuity & leadership
Concept Founder Paul Bulloch will aid with the transition to ensure seamless handover of client relationships before pursuing new ventures. All existing Surrey based Concept staff transfer to Rivervale.
