If your vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty we would recommend that you have it serviced in line with the manufacturer’s specified service.
On receiving your vehicle in the workshop a member of the Rivervale service team may advise you that a variation on your selected service is necessary. Moreover, if you are unsure that you have selected the correct service we would advise that you speak to our team prior to your booking.
Provided your vehicle is serviced and maintained in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions during the manufacturers warranty period, you have the right to have the work undertaken by an independent garage without affecting your warranty. Here at Rivervale we will ensure your vehicle is serviced in accordance with their instructions.
All replacement parts will be genuine items meaning that your manufacturer’s warranty will not be affected. If your vehicle is still within the manufacturers warranty period, then please check that the service chosen meets the manufacturers service schedule.
